Their interdisciplinary collaboration ensures that the approach reflects both scientific rigor and practical applicability across the veterinary and regulatory landscape. These monographs serve as comprehensive summaries of the scientific (and regulatory) evidence available on the use of herbal substances and their preparations in veterinary medicine.
The main goal of these documents is to support the medicinal use of herbal products in veterinary practice, ensuring that their use is based on well-documented knowledge and best practices. In addition, the monographs are intended to act as reference tools that can facilitate a simplified authorization process for traditional herbal veterinary medicinal products.
